Seaplace is a beautifully landscaped and maintained community located on the Gulf of Mexico, in the Town of Longboat Key, FL. The 42-acre, gated community is comprised of 461 units in two mid-rise buildings, nine garden buildings with open atriums, and twelve townhouses.

Seaplace residents enjoy half mile of beachfront; clubhouse with exercise facilities; swimming facilities consisting of: two swimming pools, one kiddie pool & two spas; three Har-Tru tennis courts; and a one-mile walking trail.

Seaplace requires the completion of an application form with a $100 rental application fee and $20 barcode fee, for a total of $120, for all rentals. Rentals must be for a minimum two months.
